The Association of Fundraising Professionals New Mexico Chapter is the leading organization for fundraisers and nonprofit professionals. We currently represent  over 125 members from the leading nonprofit charities, foundations, and consultants across the state. Our Mission:
The AFP New Mexico Chapter, an association of professionals, advances philanthropy by empowering people and organizations to practice ethical and effective fundraising. The core activites through which the chapter fulfills this mission include education and training, promoting credentialing, providing resources, networking, forging alliances, mentoring, advocacy and recogntion.

There are many levels of membership in AFP-NM, including one to fit you. If you work at a small organization, membership is only $150.00 per year, while young professionals under thirty can join for just $75.00. Learn more about AFP membership categories here.

The Arc of New Mexico is recruiting a Development Coordinator to plan and implement the development program for the organization. Special emphasis will be placed on annual giving campaigns, major gift development, foundation and corporation relations, an annual signature event and planned giving. Aug 23 - Executive Director (ED) of the Albuquerque Museum Foundation (AMF)
The AMF is a New Mexico non-profit corporation which supports the Albuquerque Museum of Art and History (Museum). The ED is responsible for the execution and fulfillment of AMF’s mission and vision with the advice and consent of the AMF Board of Directors (AMF Board). The ED has overall strategic and operational responsibility for AMF and serves as its principal spokesperson. Aug 17 - Associate Vice President of Planned Giving
The University of New Mexico (UNM) Foundation seeks to fill a dynamic, leadership position with the Department of Planned Giving. Reporting to the Vice President of Development, this highly fluent and enthusiastic Associate Vice President of Planned Giving is responsible for directing the day-to-day administration of the University’s planned giving program, which promotes estate and planned gifts through multiple platforms. In addition to managing a portfolio of approximately 150 major and planned giving prospects, s/he works closely with all members of the advancement team to provide assistance and support in the cultivation and solicitation of planned giving prospects.
