The Associate Director oversees the parent annual fund giving program and the comprehensive donor relations program, including prospect and donor cultivation and stewardship events and projects. This position is part of a dynamic Advancement team that is currently managing a comprehensive $30-million capital campaign in support of the school's mission. This person will utilize strong verbal, written and creative planning skills to connect, engage, and grow a culture of philanthopy in the Albuquerque Academy community. This position requires the ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities and projects, utilize excellent interpersonal skills, and have a commitment to uphold the mission of Albuquerque Academy. This person must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment and be willing to assume new tasks and responsibilities as needed, and possess a caring, respectful, and collaborative attitude. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience utilizing fundraising and volunteer management experience, preferably in education, is required.
